All Neža Žehelj fine jewellery is handmade to order. For this reason we cannot provide exact shipping dates. Please allow a 5 days - 3 week window for your delivery. If your order is a gift and needs to be delivered by a certain date we will do our best to accommodate your request.
Please include your instructions in the order notes or in an email to email@example.com. If the item you requested is in stock it will be shipped out within 2 days of your order.
If you are ordering an in stock item with a jewellery item that is made to order: The order will ship when all items on the order are available to ship.
If your package is lost or stolen we will do everything we can to assist you. However, we are no longer responsible for packages once they are in transit.
The customer is responsible for payment of any extra duties or taxes imposed by the destination country for delivery. If you have any questions or problems during check out please email firstname.lastname@example.org and we will do our best to resolve the issue.
All jewellery is handmade to order, please consider this when you make your purchase.
If you are unsure of your ring size, you can get your fingers sized with ring sizers at most local jewellery stores.
If you are unhappy with your purchase you may exchange it for store credit within 7 days of receiving your item. Shipping must be paid by customer. Since items are made to order, some items are not eligible for return- such as rings in very small or very large sizes and pieces with engraving.

It is required that you track all shipments and package the piece securely. Neža Žehelj jewellery is not responsible for return merchandise lost or damaged in transit.
If a piece gets damaged and you need a repair email firstname.lastname@example.org to inquire about your specific case.
If you would like your ring sized up or down there is a 30 € fee. Customer has to pay shipping. Repairs/sizing may take 1-2 weeks.
